We may arrive up to 1 hour before or after the scheduled time. If delayed beyond this window, you will be notified with an updated arrival time. - Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. - Vehicle Access: Vehicles must be cleared of personal belongings prior to the service. - Vehicle Condition: Vehicles outside the booked package scope (e.g. excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or mould) may require a service upgrade or additional charges. - Vehicle Size: The correct vehicle size must be selected at booking. Mis-selection may result in additional charges or rescheduling. - Service Scope: Each package is specific in scope. Deep cleaning, restoration, or specialist treatments are not included unless stated.
