Booking with DETAILERS ON CALL constitutes acceptance of our professional guidelines. These terms ensure we deliver the highest quality luxury vehicle care in London.
1. Service Area
We provide premium detailing throughout London. Locations beyond our primary zone may incur a travel fee to cover time and transport costs.
2. Payments
Full payment or deposits are required at booking. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all service fees are non-refundable once the work is completed.
3. Booking Info
To manage London traffic, we operate a 60-minute arrival window. We will notify you promptly of any unforeseen delays to your scheduled detailing slot.
4. Liability
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre-existing damage. Our team will perform a full vehicle inspection before and after the service.
5. Parking
Clients must provide legal parking nearby. Any parking fines incurred while performing the service will be charged to the client's final invoice.
6. Valuables
Please remove all personal items before we arrive. We are not responsible for loss or damage to valuables left inside the cabin during the process.
7. Condition
Quotes assume average wear. Extremely soiled interiors, pet hair, or oversized vehicles may be subject to price adjustments upon physical inspection.
