Terms & Conditions - Parking: A safe, accessible parking space must be provided with sufficient room to work around the vehicle. - Arrival Window: Booking times are approximate. We may arrive up to 1 hour before or after the scheduled time. If delayed beyond this window, you will be notified with an updated arrival time. - Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. - Vehicle Access: Vehicles must be cleared of personal belongings prior to the service. - Vehicle Condition: Vehicles outside the booked package scope (e.g. excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or mould) may require a service upgrade or additional charges.
