A specialist deep-cleaning service designed to eliminate mould, bacteria, and persistent odours at the source. Using advanced decontamination, steam cleaning, and ozone treatment, this service restores a clean, hygienic, and factory-fresh cabin environment. What’s Included? - Full Antimicrobial Treatment: Applied to all interior surfaces to eliminate mould spores and bacteria. - Steam Cleaning of Surfaces: High-temperature steam used on plastics, trims, and tight areas to break down contamination. - Deep Carpet & Upholstery Extraction: Hot water extraction to remove embedded dirt, moisture, and organic matter. - Fabric & Seat Treatment: Targeted cleaning of affected areas with specialist solutions. - Leather Surface Clean (if applicable): Safe cleaning to remove contamination without damage. - A/C & Air Vent : Disinfection of vents and airflow system to remove bacteria and odours. - Ozone (O₃) Sterilisation: Gas treatment to neutralise odours at a molecular level (not masking). - Odour Neutralisation Treatment: Final stage to ensure long-lasting freshness. Suggested Frequency As required (one-off treatment) Recommended for mould, spills, smoke, or persistent odours Terms & Conditions Parking: A safe, accessible parking space must be provided with sufficient room to work around the vehicle. Arrival Window: Booking times are approximate. We may arrive up to 1 hour before or after the scheduled time. If delayed beyond this window, you will be notified with an updated arrival time. Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Vehicle Access: Vehicles must be cleared of personal belongings prior to the service. Vehicle Condition: Vehicles outside the booked package scope (e.g. excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or mould) may require a service upgrade or additional charges. Vehicle Size: The correct vehicle size must be selected at booking. Mis-selection may result in additional charges or rescheduling. Service Scope: Each package is specific in scope. Deep cleaning, restoration, or specialist treatments are not included unless stated. Health & Safety: For specialist services (e.g. ozone treatment), the vehicle must not be occupied during treatment and should be ventilated after completion.
