Service Description

A light interior and exterior clean designed to restore freshness and maintain everyday presentation. What’s included? - Safe Exterior Wash: Multi-stage hand wash using the two-bucket method and pH-neutral shampoo to prevent scratches. - Wheel & Tyre Care: cleaning of wheel faces and application of high-gloss tyre dressing for a "back-to-black" finish. - Essential Interior Vacuum: Thorough hoovering of carpets, seats, and floor mats to remove surface debris. - Surface Dusting: A professional wipe-down of the dashboard, centre console, and main touch points. - Windows: Internal and external glass buffed streak-free for maximum visibility. - Door & Boot Shuts: Cleaning the door sills and the boot shut area. Results & Expectations: Appearance: A clean, glossy exterior and a tidy, dust-free cabin. Suitability: This is maintenance cleaning. It is not intended for deep stain removal, pet hair extraction, or heavy mould-those require our specialist Interior Reset package or additional Add-ons. Terms & Conditions - Parking: A safe, accessible parking space must be provided with sufficient room to work around the vehicle. - Arrival Window: Booking times are approximate. We may arrive up to 1 hour before or after the scheduled time. If delayed beyond this window, you will be notified with an updated arrival time. - Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. - Vehicle Access: Vehicles must be cleared of personal belongings prior to the service. - Vehicle Condition: Vehicles outside the booked package scope (e.g. excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or mould) may require a service upgrade or additional charges. - Vehicle Size: The correct vehicle size must be selected at booking. Mis-selection may result in additional charges or rescheduling. Service Scope: Each package is specific in scope. Deep cleaning, restoration, or specialist treatments are not included unless stated. Health & Safety: For specialist services (e.g. ozone treatment), the vehicle must not be occupied during treatment and should be ventilated after completion.
